A COMMUNITY MINDED REALTOR

James Evans is a Seminole County native and current resident. But, he isn’t here just to sell homes. He’s here to make Seminole County a better place to live. James runs a local Facebook group for Central Florida. Click that link to be taken to the group invite screen!

He’s also run for office! In 2022 he ran for Seminole County School Board to create permanent and positive change for our school aged kids. For over 15 years, James volunteered with the PAY Program - a pre-trial diversion program for first time offending juveniles to have their records cleared. After stepping away from the PAY Program in 2020 to deal with kidney cancer and run for city commissioner of Winter Springs, he now volunteers with Seminole County Public Schools as a Take Stock in Children mentor, and has volunteered with “Living On My Own”, a program to help students understand what paying bills looks like as an adult. James also sits on a government board, having been appointed to the Board of Adjustment for Seminole County. James is proud of the volunteer work and encourages others to spend time where they can!

Prior to real estate, James served as a 911 Dispatcher for the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.
